Develops the organization's strategic plans to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. Conducts competitive landscape, organizational positioning analyst, financial performance, product utilization and other studies. Coordinates input from business units and centers of expertise to facilitate integration of business unit plans into an organization strategic plan. Conducts periodic reviews to determine performance against strategic plans and recommends alternative strategic actions.
Support strategy projects for the enterprise and business units including development of a robust factbase and identification of potential growth opportunities.
Guide cross-functional team members and activities, meeting directly with customers and partners to test ideas as well as designing organizational models to support business strategies.
Support regular strategic planning initiatives for the enterprise such as Growth Playbooks, Board of Directors strategy presentation, and other related initiatives.
Contribute to strategic thought leadership including sharing of up-to-date strategic perspectives on industry trends, competitor activity, and innovations in strategy theory from both consulting and academic communities.
Bachelor's Degree (Ingenier í a comercial o Ingeniería Civiles a fines).
3+ years of experience.
Advanced English level.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
Effective team player.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
